Glass Hall near Huntly to host All At Sea by See-Thru Productions

After a two-and-a-half-year break, See-Thru Productions is back and ready to set sail on a brand new, uproarious adventure.

For years, the good people of Huntly have been treated to a hilarious line-up of performances that range from historical whodunnits to over-the-top Wild West spoofs.

This year, they’re taking things all the way out to sea - quite literally.

“All at Sea” is the group's latest production, a farce that’s guaranteed to leave you in stitches.

Set aboard a local cruise ship, the show features a motley crew of quirky characters and a series of outlandish events that can only be described as beyond improbable.

It’s chaos, it’s confusion, it’s… utterly hilarious.

But, behind the laughter, there’s a bittersweet note.

This is the first production since the tragic passing of Alison Sellar, See-Thru's founder and director, in 2023.

Alison was the backbone of the group, and her dedication to the craft is remembered fondly by everyone. Her legacy lives on through the show and her beloved cast.

"Alison is a hard act to follow," says Lilian Cameron, a founding member of See-Thru.

"With no clear leader among our talented crew, we decided to split the direction and production duties.

“It's been a ride full of laughs, tears, and a few reminders of Aly’s classic lines: ‘You MUST get off script by the dress rehearsal’ and, of course, ‘People, I think we have a play!’”

So, what's in store? Expect laughter, mayhem, and a sea of wild and wacky surprises.

“All at Sea” promises to be the kind of performance that’s so outrageous, you’ll think it’s almost believable.
