Jorja Snyder hit two home runs, doubled and drove in six runs as Crestwood defeated Hanover Area 11-1 Monday in five innings in high school softball.
Ella Richards added three RBI for the Comets. Brooke Lenahan had two hits. Winning pitcher Kendall Mendrzycki tripled and scored three times.
Madison Ponko had a double and an RBI for Hanover Area.
BASEBALL
Elk Lake 11, Tunkhannock 0
Tunkhannock had just two hits as Elk Lake won in five innings.
Aiden Mislevy and Josiah Parr each had a single for Tunkhannock.
Noah Gesford had two doubles and three RBI for Elk Lake. Winning pitcher Dawson Sherman struck out nine.
Wyoming Seminary 13, Holy Cross 2
Antek Evan and Shaun Behrens homered as Wyoming Seminary won in five innings.
Evans, Colin Donovan and Teddy Kraus all finished with two RBI for the Blue Knights.
BOYS TENNIS
Crestwood 5, Wilkes-Barre Area 0
The Comets lost just four games in sweeping Wilkes-Barre Area.
Tommy Biscotti, Sean Rossi and Spencer Young won in singles for Crestwood.
Dallas 4, Hazleton Area 1
Nate Linnen, Abe Hobson-Tomascik and Lukas Runde won in straight sets for Dallas in singles competition.
Dallas’ Theo Barr and Andrew Avila also won in two sets at No. 1 doubles. Hazleton Area’s Nate Hanas and Jack Walter battled to a three-set win at No. 2 doubles.
Tunkhannock 5, Berwick 0
Lucas Mateus and Ben Landon won in singles without surrendering a point for Tunkhannock.
MMI Prep 5, Pittston Area 0
Xavier Bleiler and Max Bleiler each won in singles as MMI Prep swept Pittston Area.
Sharan Parikh and Joe Mayernik added a doubles point for the Preppers, who won the final two points by forfeit.
BOYS LACROSSE
Delaware Valley 15, Holy Redeemer 2
Bryson Mackey had three goals for Delaware Valley while Peyton LaRocco had two goals and four assists.
Tristan Block and Joey Lipinski scored for Holy Redeemer.
Abington Heights 20, Tunkhannock 2
Abington Heights had 10 players score in a victory over Tunkhannock.
Crestwood 16, Dallas 2
Kevin Schlude had four goals as Crestwood defeated Dallas.
Jack Augustine and Ashton Amend scored three goals each for the Comets. Christopher Schlude and Logan Lawson each had two goals.
Scranton Prep 16, Lake-Lehman 2
Brady Holmes scored four goals and Ryan Davis had three more as Scranton Prep defeated Lake-Lehman.
Hunter Palka and Logan Law scored for Lehman.
BOYS VOLLEYBALL
Wilkes-Barre Area 3, Hazleton Area 1
The Wolfpack won by scores of 25-18, 25-27, 25-10, 25-10.
Hazleton Area was led by Kendrick Ortiz (15 kills, 15 digs, 1 block) and Sebastian Burgos (18 assists, 1 kill, 15 service points, 10 digs, 2 aces).

Crestwood outlasted Dallas 25-19, 23-25, 25-23, 25-21.
JJ Stec (21 kills, 2 aces), Tommy McLaughlin (18 kills, 3 blocks) and Zach Koons (37 assists) led Crestwood.
BOYS TRACK
Crestwood 103, Dallas 43
Anson Jumper was a triple winner for Crestwood with victories in the pole vault, 110 high hurdles and 300.
Jack Kwarcinski won the 100 and 200 dashes for Crestwood.
Dallas’ Logan Geskey won the triple jump and long jump.
GIRLS TRACK

Julia Natitus won the 100, 300 and 110 high hurdles for Dallas.
Gracie Coyne won the 200 and 400 races for Dallas, while Morgan Langdon won the discus and shot put.
Crestwood’s Mollie Kozich won the 1,600 and 3,200 runs.
