Chilly start to the day with *** lot of sunshine. We'll be adding clouds. Quicker moving pattern will mean two systems, both likely with *** wintry mix. The first one arriving this evening after highs today in the 40s. That system initially could be *** little bit of light snow or *** wintry mix, which could make things *** bit slippery overnight because of that, *** winter weather advisory posted through 10 o'clock this morning. You can see that is away from the coastal plains of the western and northern half of the state with *** better chance of some slippery travel overnight and first thing tomorrow morning. Eventually we're over to rain showers. Tomorrow morning before wrapping up and temperatures will be up into the 50s in the afternoon. As far as amounts, you'll notice *** couple of inches of possibility for the Mount Washington Valley and *** little bit northward while we could see *** light coating to an inch or two again going over to *** wintry mix in central and northern areas of the state. It could be *** light blaze of uh either sleet or freezing rain as *** possibility again, *** lot of this developing after 8 or 9 o'clock this evening, so some slippery travel after 10 or 11 tonight through early tomorrow morning as the system continues to lift north. up into Canada you could see the milder air down through the central plains. We do get into that wedge of air tomorrow afternoon after highs in the 40s today. We do get back into the 50s across most of the state tomorrow with *** lingering cloud cover for the afternoon. So you'll notice through the evening commute and even if you have travel plans through 7 or 8 o'clock tonight, no problems at all. Some light snow starting to break out after 8 or 9 o'clock this evening. By midnight, light wintry mix and *** little bit of wet snow going to *** mixture overnight which eventually will wrap up as some. Light rain tomorrow morning and *** mostly cloudy afternoon with temperatures in the 50s. Travel will be *** lot better for the afternoon tomorrow, partly to mostly sunny skies and in the 50s on Friday with the quicker moving pattern that is our day in between systems increasing cloud cover on Saturday morning and as we go into the afternoon, the next system moves in that one likely will be mostly in the form of rain, although I would not be surprised if there was some mixing going on through the White Mountains in the Great North Woods Saturday evening and into Sunday. We're looking at high. In the 40s on Saturday, likely back into the 50s on Sunday with some occasional showers. I do not believe Sunday will be *** total washout if you already have outdoor plans for Sunday. 40s today, sunshine giving way to clouds in the afternoon. Some light snow and *** wintry mix developing after 8 or 9 o'clock this evening. That will make for some slippery travel overnight. Milder tomorrow afternoon with *** lingering cloud cover, and there's your 7 day forecast. Nice day Friday with *** breeze out of the Northwest. Next system Saturday afternoon and some shower activity Sunday.
