Thank you very much for joining us, Stormwatch 9 weather on the web. No big storms to watch between now and the end of the weekend. However, two systems that we are tracking that may result in some slick travel one for Friday evening into early Saturday, another one during Sunday night, well after sundown to wrap up the weekend into the daybreak hour on Monday. But first things first, system approaching for tomorrow begins on the milder. Side, so some light rain and mixing south during the afternoon after about one o'clock, but then snow develops in the higher terrain. Eventually that mixing rain will go over to *** period of wet snow, not *** whole lot, but enough for some slick travel likely in many parts of the state Friday night. Tonight, 0 or slightly lower far north, teens far south, but the temperature for the overnight low reached at the midnight hour in the. Temperatures due to the wind turning around in the southwest will actually warm up by early Friday morning. Speaking of warmer, look at the highs on Friday, 30s to around 40, and that leads us into that mix or some light rain by Friday afternoon. Snow showers far north later on tonight, that's along the warm front signaling the change in wind direction. That wind flow out of the south course drives in some milder air in the showers. The south approach after 1 or 2 p.m., but the early part of the afternoon and evening commute, no problem whatsoever because it'd be on the milder side. Then tomorrow night, that mix or rain goes over to snow, but not *** whole lot will fall just enough for some slick roads, and it's all gone by daybreak on your Saturday. How much snow? Not *** whole lot. Coating to *** couple of inches, maybe about 3 inch amounts in the higher terrain in. Sunni area and the higher terrain of the Menanoc region. What follows beyond that? The next system approaches Sunday, but it's dry all day. Sunday night, *** period of some light snow could be an additional 1 to 3 inches in many spots, wrapping up before daybreak on Monday. Beyond that system, it's actually on the milder side, 30s and 40s, much more seasonable Tuesday on with the next system starting Wednesday afternoon.

The active pattern continues as we approach the weekend and beyond. Mountain and north snow showers early Friday allows milder air above freezing to move in Friday. Friday afternoon and into the overnight we'll start with rain showers south then eventually change to snow. Very light accumulation north, while areas south will see a couple of inches after the switch from rain to snow. Any morning snow showers clear and then it is dry through Sunday evening. Another round of snow showers likely Sunday night into Monday. Some of that snow likely mixes early Monday with wintry mix and rain as the temperatures again turn milder Monday.Lows between 0-20° from north to south with initial fair skies giving way to clouds overnight. A few mountain and north light snow showers possible.Cloudy skies on Friday with light rain developing in the afternoon. It may mix with some snow in the higher terrain of the Monadnock Region then everyone changes to light snow late and early Saturday. Accumulations look light, but travel could be slippery especially late Friday and potentially early Saturday.Clearing skies early on Saturday then cold again with highs in the 20s. A bitter cold start Sunday morning then increasing clouds. Another weak system could bring more light snow late Sunday evening into Monday.
