STRICT rules are being reintroduced across hundreds of UK beaches next month.
The UK is home to 99 seaside towns, with more than 1,000 beaches.
However, the majority of beaches have rules that come into place from May.
The rules, in place from May 1 until September 30, bans anyone from taking their dogs onto the beach.
Local authorities have introduced the new Public Space Protection Orders which limit dogs being allowed on the beach.
Anyone caught breaking the rules faces fines of £100 which can be issued on the spot.

This can rise to £1,000 is it ends up being taken to court.
Some beaches ban dogs all day during this season, while others allow them in the mornings and late evenings.
For example, Polzeath Beach in Devon only bans them from 10am until 6pm.
Here are some other popular beaches that are introducing the rules next month.

Other rules to avoid breaking on beaches this summer include dropping litter - which could see fines up to £2,500 - as well as taking pebbles, which could result in £1,000 fines.
Some beaches ban barbecues and camping so it is worth checking before visiting.
Brits should also be aware of a number of strict rules on beaches abroad too.
Tourists heading to Benidorm's beaches need to make sure they don't swim at night.
Swimming in the sea between midnight and 7am can cost beachgoers a whopping £1,000 due to new rules.
And some beaches in Greece are to the number of sunbeds.
The number of sunbeds will be capped at beaches across Greece in a bid to create more space for the public.
For example, 70 per cent of Greek beaches must be free from sunbeds, while protected beaches will only allow 15 per cent.
