River rafting at Navua.

Joseph Hing is a travel adventure seeker.

The limitation caused by COVID-19 did not dampen his spirit.

Mr Hing is a digital communication and engagement officer at the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC),in Suva.

“Visitng places is our way of giving back to the local businesses,”he said.

What’s One Place You’d Take Every Visitor To In Fiji, And Why?
Wainibuka in Tailevu.

It is the dairy farming region of eastern Fiji, that has surrounding mountains topped with basaltic cliffs, spires give it a tropical splendor.

Natadola beach in Sigatoka has a beautiful sunset and the perfect beach, locals hire horses for $10 to ride along the beach.

I would also recommend Divine Halal Restaurant for delicious local curry in Sigatoka.

Another place is Cafe Planet, at Korotogo, for delicious coffee.

They have the friendliest staff.

The Rivers Fiji whitewater rafting in the upper Navua river.

It has a cut deep chasm into Viti Levu’s post- volcanic heartland and often referred to as “a river of Eden”.

What Is Your Secret Backyard Favourite Spot?
It would be at home, peaceful, where most of my friends and I hangout, plus the sound of the ocean is perfect.
