Hello and welcome to our blog bringing you live coverage of Newcastle's trip to Wolves.
The Magpies will be hoping to rid everyone of the memory of their last Premier League game, a 4-1 defeat to Manchester United.
That result heaped criticism on head coach Steve Bruce, and another poor performance today against Wolves may make things worse.
United will be running late fitness tests of goalkeeper Karl Darlow, and midfielder Isaac Hayden.
We'll bring you all the latest with build-up, team news, live-action and post-game coverage right here.
Key Events
Steve Bruce continued
Bruce says it was a "good point".
They're a good side and we're delighted. They finished 7th in the Premier League twice. We're delighted and will move on.
Bruce on whether NUFC attacked well enough
Steve Bruce:
You can have as many attacking players as you wish but if you can't get the lion's share of the ball then that's the problem.
We haven't got anyone natural in the front six to get the ball back so with all the problems we had there, we'll look at it.
There was a certain resilience about us that I admired. You've got to defend well. We've got to be difficult to beat. We make no bones about it, we're trying to progress it and have a bit more going forward but you've got to make sure you eradicate the mistakes we made last week.
Bruce on Darlow
I'll have to have a look at it. Karl's done well to be on the pitch. Most people wouldn't with the knock he's got. It looked a good strike from Jimenez from where I was. We were disappointed because we gave away a cheap free-kick and our defenders weren't out quick enough to it.
More from Bruce
Here's Steve Bruce to Sky:
I'm delighted for Jacob Murphy. He was taking free-kicks after training on Thursday. He deserves it.
He hit it and got around the wall. It was a good strike. Jacob is last on the pitch to try these things. To go and play this year as he has, and that wing back role, I'm delighted for him.
Bruce reaction
Bruce to Sky:
It would have been a bit unfair had we lost it. Of course when you come to play at Wolves they do have good possession but certainly the way our midfield adapted to make it difficult for them... that's what you have to do.
We're delighted we've taken a point in difficult circumstances of course.
Steve Bruce speaking to Sky Sports
"There wasn't much in it. We are delighted to take a point in difficult circumstances and very pleased for Jacob, who has been knocking on the door all season. I am delighted for him.
"You can have as many attackers as you want but you have to get the ball. We haven't anyone natural in the front six to go and get the ball. There was a certain resilience about us."
Jacob Murphy on his goal
"Last night, in the hotel, I did a bit of research on the goalie," he told Sky.
"I knew anything hard and low would catch him out. I looked around at the side of the wall and saw the little gap there and I thought, 'Yeah, hit it there.'"
Nuno Espirito Santo speaking to Sky Sports
"We started very well, we had mobility and situations with good possession but we slowed down a little bit. Newcastle were well organised but didn't create too much.
"We were without problems until we got the goal we deserved, and then we should manage the game better. I have to see the Newcastle goal again but the ball cannot go on that side of the wall, it cannot go in.
"Raul's goal was a good goal. I wish we could always play good for 90 minutes. We need to be sharper and improve our final delivery."
FT: WOL 1-1 NEW
Jacob Murphy rescues a point for the Magpies who didn't really threaten Wolves at all this afternoon.
A decent point.
Three minutes of added time
Can either side find a winner? Three minutes to do so.
89 mins: GOAL! MURPHY! NUFC!
GOAL! MURPHY
Oh, this is clever! Murphy with a right-footed curler around the outside of the wall and into the net.
Poor keeping, yes. Poor defending, yes but very clever free-kick. 1-1.
***
It's a superb free-kick. Wolves can't believe it. He curled it around the wall and beat Particio. 1-1 here
LEE RYDER
Wilson wins a free-kick...
Coady fouls Wilson just on the edge of the box.
Good delivery please here lads.
Lascelles has gone OFF for Andy Carroll.
Good response from NUFC
They've gone down into the Wolves half and are now trying to press - maybe a little too late.
Joelinton has a tame header at goal.
80 mins: GOAL! WOLVES
What a strike this is - Raul Jimenez with a drive from distance. 1-0.
The free-kick comes in, it's cleared to the edge and there is Jimenez - who takes a touch and then fires at goal.
Darlow gets a hand to it, it's serving - should he do better? Probably, but it's some strike..
Double United sub...
Joelinton and Sean Longstaff ON
Ryan Fraser and ASM OFF
76 mins: United defending well
Lascelles gets a header on a Traore cross, he's straight back up to get behind a Neto drive from the edge of the box before it is cleared.
Jimenez moments later then fires, through bodies, from the edge of the box and Darlow has to get down low to collect.
Fraser clears....
Traore breaks into the box - his cross gets to the penalty spot sort of area, and Ryan Fraser has to put a boot through it.
United struggling to create...
It's a pretty poor game this to be fair - NUFC don't look like threatening at all. Wolves look more threatening - they've just seen a corner cleared by Darlow / Almiron.
Changes to come for NUFC...
Hendrick hits a deflected shot at goal. No immediate sign of changes from the sidelines for United.
LEE RYDER
Wolves double sub...
Traore and Marçal de Oliveira ON for Podence and Saiss.
61 mins: CHANCE! NUFC
Half chance this for NUFC! Murphy skips down the right and finally gets a cross into the box. It's just behind Wilson, so he can't get a shot off - he gives it to Almiron who has a shot deflected. It cannons off a few bodies before it's cleared.
Half-hearted shouts for a penalty follow.
VAR check to come....
Fernandez slides into block Podence's shot - VAR has checked it and ruled no penalty. Nice bit of play from Wolves there as they walked into the Toon box.
51 mins: CHANCE! WOLVES
Podence plays in Neto just inside the box, and he fires first-time over the bar.
Lucky escape for NUFC.
Jimenez fires wide....
It's a shot from about 25 yards or so - and it's well wide from Jimenez.
